In this sense, the curriculum focuses on the affirmation of priority role
of educational purposes according to which the other components of the curricular paradigm are structured, which
ensure: the unity of the psychocentric and sociocentric approach, the unity of education and training, the unity of
teaching-learning-evaluation. From here we deduce the object of evaluation - educational curriculum, but also the aspects specific to the curricular construction in part. Therefore, the object of evaluation of the educational curriculum
constitutes its conceptual and methodological paradigm and its specific dimensions: curricular products, the designimplementation-monitoring process, the structure of study subject, the outcomes, etc. For the first time, an attempt is
made to characterize the notions of „curricular evaluation”, „curriculum evaluation”. Scientific examples illustrate practical applications of
this integrated therapeutic approach in managing anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD, demonstrating increased
patient engagement and accelerated achievement of therapeutic goals through safe and supportive animal-human
interactions within CBT practices.
Keywords: Animal-assisted therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Emotional regulation, Cognitive
distortions, Social adaptation.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.59295/sum5(185)2025_39
USM ADMIN Copyright (c) 2025 2025-06-04 2025-06-04 5 310 313 MULTICOMPONENT ASSESSMENT OF EMPLOYEE ADAPTATION LEVEL IN THE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT https://ojs.studiamsu.md/index.php/stiinte_educatiei/article/view/6626
The article focuses on the development and application of the Adaptation Coefficient (AC) to assess employees’
integration into the corporate environment, considering their engagement, loyalty, and stress levels. The proposed
indicator integrates positive and negative factors affecting adaptation, distinguishing it from traditional metrics
such as employee lifecycle duration or periodic surveys. Statistical methods - correlation, regression, and variance
analysis - are discussed, highlighting their significance in interpreting results. An empirical study involving 50
employees demonstrated that AC effectively diagnoses personnel conditions and evaluates changes following
psychosocial interventions. The findings confirm AC’s applicability for optimizing organizational processes and
enhancing human resource management practices.
Keywords: Adaptation Coefficient, employee adaptation, employee engagement, employee loyalty, workplace
stress.
USM ADMIN Copyright (c) 2025 2025-06-04 2025-06-04 5 314 320 COGNITIVE SCHEMAS AND THEIR ROLE IN THE MANIFESTATION OF ACUTE STRESS https://ojs.studiamsu.md/index.php/stiinte_educatiei/article/view/6627
This paper aims to study the role of cognitive schemas in the psychological manifestations of acute stress in
patients hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit. When people face stressful situations, cognitive schemas may
play an important role in how we respond to them. These schemas can influence our perceptions, thoughts and
behaviors and may play an important role in the manifestation of acute stress. Identifying and changing negative
cognitive schemas into healthy and flexible cognitive schemas can be a useful tool in reducing stress levels and
increasing the quality of life in patients admitted to the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Unit, where patients experience high levels of anxiety and are required to receive constant support and care from medical staff.
