Rezumat

The swindle committed in the field of insurances is analyzed in the present article. The author brings into discussion the necessity of distinct accusation of the swindle committed in the domain of insurances. The modalities and the forms which can be undertaken by the swindle committed in the insurance field are examined. The author proposes some solutions with regard to the correct qualification of the swindle committed in the field of people, goods and civil responsibility insurance
