Rezumat

The article represents an analysis of the legislative experience of some states of the Black Sea basin in counterpoising the offence of foreign wealth embezzlement. The author refers to the identification of some solutions of compared law in the process of preventing and fighting the offence of foreign wealth embezzlement. The stipulations referring to the mentioned offense of the Moldovan legislature are brought and compared to the ones of the Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Russian, and Turkish legislature.
