CADRUL STRATEGIC PENTRU COMUNICARE ÎN DOMENIUL HIV/SIDA: ESENŢĂ, OPORTUNITĂŢI ŞI DIMENSIUNI

Rezumat

During the latest years, the need to develop a coordinated and officially regulated communication activity has been an urgent issue discussed by local active stakeholders in HIV/AIDS field. Communication activity had been characterized by little coordination and absence of unified approach to terms of messages development and impact evaluation. The Communication strategic framework (CSF) in HIV/AIDS field was designed by the working group on Communication under Ministry of Health. CSF includes main objectives for 2006-2010 that will contribute to: enlarge the prevention and IEC HIV/AIDS programs; treatment, care, support improvement for HIV positive people, avoid duplications of activities. The experience obtained during the development of CSF will be used as a model by the Ministry of Health to develop similar framework for other areas of health communication and then combine it in the unified communication strategy.
