Rezumat

This article describes the significance of the Notaries Chamber from International System of Notary, it describes the evolution, the system of functioning, its structure. It describes the system of functioning based on the experience of different states: Quebec (Canada), France, Russia, etc. As well as it contains the provisions of the old law of Republic of Moldova concerning the notary, and the provisions of the new law.
