Rezumat

The author analyzes the characteristics of the juridical objective of the offences committed in the field of products and service consumption. The opinions of diverse scientists and the stipulations of different national laws are analyzed with reference to the named subject. By reason of all arguments recalled in the article, the author considers that the special juridical objective of the offences committed in the field of products and service consumption is formed by social relations referring to the consumption market. The protection of the consumption market is conditioned by respecting a series of interests named in the article.
