Rezumat

The subject of the offence provided by art.238 and art.239 of the criminal Code of Republic of Moldova is studied in the present article. The author thoroughly analyzes different situations when the physical or juridical person may be the subject of offences related to crediting. Besides the Criminal Code, the author brings into discussion other laws of Republic of Moldova and documents issued by the Moldovan banks.
