Rezumat
This article is focused on the theory and practice of the state of law, which is considered as the supreme form of realization in practice of the state. In the article the idea that the state of law is not just conditioned a society is put forward, and first of all, the process of its ability to live. The author considers that the state of law is not just a simple presence of any political institutes at a society, and interdependence and interconditionality of its core, the fundamental principles in practical activities of the state. On the example of Republic of Moldova it is shown how step by step the state of law, by reforms and transformations of social attitudes and education of citizens, is under construction. For Republic of Moldova the state of law – the main vector of development of the society, an ideal to which it moves to. And though, the results are not so impressive, nevertheless, they show the irreversibility of the democratic development.
