Rezumat

This article is focused on the historic evolution of the judicial organization in Moldova and Romanian Country (Province, Region). During The 1st half of the 19th century. The 1st decades of the 19th century marked the beginning of the feudal justice modernization, which proved the old forms of feudal order to be meaningless. It also showed that the Romanian society, after having faced many hardships, considered its elf after to start a modern and contemporary fight for by the organic regulation that were an ensemble of norms and rules concerning judicial organization. We can also conclude that the judicial organization of those times was a creation of an original and genuine nature, a manifestation of our legal culture in the past, a very important life – part of the Romanian State and Low, which, notwithstanding any possible critics, deserves to be known and shown in its true lighit.
