Rezumat

Elaboration of criminalistic theoretical recommendations concerning the methodological problems of the criminal prosecution activity is of current importance within the context of substantial changes of the procedural criminal legislation. It is necessary for the proposed recommendations to have a strong theoretical basis for the well-grounded reasoning of new proposals and improvement of previously used methods and means. The complexity of the criminal prosecution activity shows us that there must be known and taken into consideration the laws that determine the character and direction of researches and some peculiarities of the participants of criminal prosecution that reflects the procedural criminal and other specificities of the participants to the criminal prosecution activity. In this article we intend to reflect the cognitive and probative character of the criminal prosecution that can be greatly turned to account due to criminalistic methods and means. We will refer to the role of the criminalistic versions in the activity of evidence administration and of knowing of circumstances that accompanied the illicit actions.
