Rezumat

This article concerns with the examination of the specific social value characteristics (and of the afferent social relationship) that suffered damages after those crimes that are stipulated in the art.241 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. After a detailed analysis of the multiple points of views concerning the juridical nature of the juridical specific object of the crime of illegally enterprising activity practice, the author reaches to a personal vision: the incriminated action from art.241 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova harms or jeopardizes the social relations that involves legal practice of an enterprising activity.
