Rezumat

In this article the author tries to point out the present interest and the solemnity of the minor sexual inviolability crimes. The author fulfills a criminological research of the sex abuse against a child. There are revealed the legal standards which prescribe the children rights in a society, as well as the standards that approbate its violation. The main goal of this scientific work is to inform and to prevent the sex abuse cases.
