Rezumat

This article is dedicated to the criminological research of suicidal behavior of the victims. Some disputable questions were solved. First of all, there was proposed one of the most successful definitions of the suicide. More than it, we tried to explain the essence of suicidal behavior by different theories and approaches applied in modern legal psychiatry, legal psychology, biology and sociology. The basic purpose of this scientific examination is to make clear the notion of suicidal behavior and suicidal attempts in order to elaborate an efficient preventive program in sphere of Victimology.
