Rezumat

This article deals with the issue involved in the process of assigning the functional differentiation criteria between the material object of the criminal offenses and the crime committing mean. Guided on the documents adulteration problems, the study succeeds to make a clear up in the way of pointing out the juridical nature of the document that bears the role of the material object of the criminal offense, as well of the document understood as a crime committing mean. There are examined different points of views specific for this domain, stated in the main task literature. The conclusion talks about the most important present needs of Republic of Moldova criminal law.
