Rezumat

The article refers to the offence of infanticide. Critical considerations regarding some doctrinaire opinions are exposed in the present study. Some aspects with regards to the juridical framing of the offence of infanticide are analyzed. The opinions of notorious scientists referring to the material object and the special judicial object of the named offence, to whether the infanticide is an attenuated form of murder or an offence by itself, to the application of the theory of the participation allocation in qualifying the offence of infanticide are presented and debated, and the personal opinions regarding these are explained.
