Rezumat

Euthanasia represents a complex and multidimensional crime provided by Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. The features and particularities of such a deed specify its dangerous degree and it’s specific in connection with other criminal acts. Objective side represents one of the most important elements of corpus delicti that is why establishment of these parts is important for correct qualification of the crime. This article carries out a deep analysis of some features of objective side of euthanasia that underline criminal act characteristic and nature.
