Rezumat

Articolul de faţă este consacrat unei probleme dintre cele mai complicate cu care se confruntă societatea civilă
contemporană – infracţionalitatea juvenilă, fiind relevate aspectele psihologice ale acesteia. Supunând cercetării problema
privind comportamentul deviant al minorilor, autorul a specificat în plan general întregul spectru de motive care îi
face pe minori să săvârşească fapte incriminate de legea penală. Accentul se pune pe factorii interni (psihologici) şi cei
externi care condiţionează acest comportament.
This article is devoted to one of the most complicated problems in the modern civil society – problems of the
psychology of the deviant behavior of the minors. Researching the problem of the deviant behavior of the minors, the
author generally specified the entire range of reasons, which make the minors to resort to the deviant behavior. In the
result of this problem research, the author also indicates the internal and external signs that psychologically make the
minors to have a deviant behavior.
