Rezumat

The article represents a study on the objective side of the offences provided by the alin.(2) art.217, alin.(2) art.2171,
art.2172 and art.2173 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. In the case of all these four offences, the prejudicial
deed consists from several alternative normative modalities, like illegal production, procurement, preservation, forwarding,
transportation, preparation, experimentation, processing, alienation, extraction, transformation, distribution, fabrication,
transmission and other illegal operation (with some exceptions). The notions that designate each of these alternative
normative modalities are examined in the article.
