Rezumat

Mass media have, in the framework, of the social system, a functioning destination: producing and delivery of the
messages which are to unite all the society sectors. The model’s originality is focused on the mass media agenda – public
agenda which can be defined trough several elements as: the explanation of the ways and techniques trough which the
main accent being stressed upon the organization of the sent information. Media impact and effects should not be so
searched deeply in the opinions and attitudes changes but in a knowing process of learning and assimilation by the
persons of some criteria and ways of thinking and judging the importance of several social and political facts in every
moment
