Rezumat

The subject of euthanasia represents one of the most discussed in criminal law, because of the fact that it depends of
the legal regime of euthanasia and of the structure of legal norms provided by the Criminal Codes of different states.
According to the opinions expressed in criminal law theory subject of euthanasia can be general or special one, in the
same time the victim of euthanasia is recognized by majority of scientists to be the incurable ill person or person that
supports unbearable sufferings.
