Rezumat

The aim of the article is to analyze the Early Intervention services for children with disabilities in Republic of Moldova in order to put forward some recommendations for replication and dissemination of existing models of good practice in Early Intervention, outreach and accessibility of services, and government financing of such services. The author present the problems that exist in Moldovan Laws, in which is used term of infirmity and analyzed the project of Strategy regarding social inclusion of people with disabilities in the Republic of Moldova that try to introduce some changes regarding people with disabilities. Author review the existing models of government contacts for social/health services, present the pre-service and in-service training necessities in Early Intervention for different specialists and opportunities to develop Early Intervention services within existing infrastructure in Republic of Moldova.
