ROLUL STUDIILOR ÎN FORMAREA PERSONALITĂŢII TÂNĂRULUI

Rezumat

The authors show the results of the research „Transitions of Childhood and Youth in a changing society: The case of the Republic of Moldova” (INTAS) through the article „The importance of studies in shaping young man’s personality. The authors mention the fact that a educational institution represents a micro-system, which has a great impact on the formation of this kind of personality. The authors reflect on some important aspects, like the importance of studies, social relations between teachers and students, the efficiency of extracurricular activities, quality of conditions of studying, problems that influence the quality of studies (corruption in the educational process) and professional orientation. The research allows to make conclusions upon the level of satisfaction of young people regarding their studies, and to offer new perspectives which may eventually increase the degree of interest towards studies, would raise the grades, influencing life satisfaction.
