Rezumat

The obstacles in the way of counteracting minor delinquency are always in the sight of penal law science. The judicial experiences certify important unfavorable inclinations in the progression of this phenomenon. Regrettable, crisis times and the all-around changes in the social life give us no reason to think that minor delinquency would soon disappear, results which oblige science, the legislator and the judicial experience to react decisively in counterpoising it. As one of the weighty department of this field we recommend to reevaluate the penal-judicial procedures taken against the minor offenders.
