Rezumat

The most efficient weapon against political manipulation is an active conscience of everyone. The surface of political manipulation embraces the evaluation of social and economical transformation done in the period of transitions, the diagnoses of actual social, economic and political situation, the evaluation of the society. In this major problem diverse political forces are confronting, attacking each other through their special position. It is important to know that the effects of manipulation are disastrous for political decisions taking process.
