Rezumat

The research of a law institution implies a detailed interpretation of the legal instruments specific for this field. The legal terms as inheritance, heir, deceased, inheritance part, succession represents basic pillars of right to inheritance. As a result, their characteristics form the subject of legal and philosophical research of the significance of each relationship in the context of legal succession. Similarly, with improvements of the inheritance institution, it is necessary to use certain terms in the light of their use or object, such as inheritance or succession, heir or successor, etc. Appropriate solution will be found only by reference to sources that determines the basic criteria of each term, taken together, being enough to appropriate assessment.
