Rezumat

This article is about one of the fundamental problems from industrial sociology and sociology of organizations – the problem of relation between motivation, satisfaction and performance. The author treats the problem that appear in stabilization of this relation, the causes that determine the motivation and satisfaction and the necessary conditions for obtaining high performance.
