Rezumat

In this article is presented the characterization of video and audio registrations on of these differences from probe methods from other methods previewed by procedural civil law in the Republic of Moldova. The information is divided chapters that distinguish the audio-video registrations of latch metes trial proof instrument category in particular, that permit the familiarization of that phenomena in it’s scientific complexity of place and significance specification of the proves within the system and trail prove process in the context of legislation and practice of justice from the Republic of Moldova.
