Rezumat

The article emphasizes the specifics of methodology of law regarding the theoretical and the practical level. Using theoretical framework, the author posts that every practitioner (attorney at law, judge, notary) has a specific reasoning when acting as a professional. By this, the author reveals the theoretical-pragmatical utterance of the study of methodology of law. Obviously, law practicing requires a good knowledge of law itself. The methods of law creation and application supposes a certain manner of law knowledge. That means recourse to methodology of law in any case.
