Rezumat

It is important to make a difference between torture and other crimes that are connected in some ways with it in view of doing a correct criminal qualification. That’s why it is necessary to analyze such crimes, to show the delimitation between torture, inhuman treatment and degrading treatment and to eliminate the deficiencies of criminal national legislation in this domain.
