Rezumat

This article discusses some of the aspects concerning the acts of improper receipt of goods. Fighting corruption is a primary concern of most state institutions, it being in the constant attention of the media, international bodies and civil society representatives. To this end, laws are developed to prevent and combat corruption, are taken other necessary legal action or extrajudicial. However, the results achieved do not fully correspond to the established desiderata. The corruption level is not reducing, so that to no longer jeopardized the rule of law and democracy, or not to hinder the economic and social development of the country.
