Rezumat

Children’s abuse is a very serious problem and a very complex phenomenon in the Republic of Moldova. It does not mean only body-punishment as children are also subjected to physical, emotional neglecting or sexual abuses. Abuse generates abuse because children who were abused in their childhood or in other circumstances can abuse in their turn. Episode assisting of the child in difficulty, the focussing of assistance on the emergency problems of child and family, and less on preventing the risk factors concerning the child abuse, makes it necessary to develop the system of services for the prevention and intervention in cases of abuse of the children at all levels.
