Rezumat

Today there can be observed a huge interest towards the terrorism as a social phenomenon, towards its causes and consequences. Much more, the global terrorism is seen as the most important problem for all the civilized states. There are organized different conferences, seminars where the object of their research is the terrorism, there has even been created a special science called „terrology”. Compared with the other states The Republic of Moldova has not witnessed major terrorist acts so far. We can assume that in the future, the security of our state, as well as the viability of its society and existent political system will not be affected by the acts of this kind. On the other hand, we must not deny the fact that any state of the world can become the target of terrorist attacks at any time.
