Rezumat

The article discusses the current scientific research problems. It focuses on scientific research value, on the need to close the gap between scientific development and social life, on establishing common points for social prosperity. The author talks about the existence of two forms of rationality: theoretical and practical type, that must collaborate, which is under the power of the two Aristotelian ethics: morality and law. Thus, it is emphasized the fact that morality and law as social sciences are able to provide both short-term as well as long-term solutions to contemporary world problems.
