REPUBLICA MOLDOVA ÎN CONTEXTUL POLITICII EUROPENE DE VECINĂTATE

Rezumat
The European integration of Republic of Moldova is the main purpose of the present governmental alliance from Chisinau. Since 2009 the process has become real and effective. The author presents the most of the aspects of the past cooperation – the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) with the EU, was signed by the RM in 1994 and come into force in 1998; the UE – Moldova Action Plan within the European Neighborhood Policy (February 2005, renewed în 2008) – as well as the nowadays negotiations on the Association Agreement, including an Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement, a Visa liberalization gradual regime (according to a Action Plan on visa liberalization with Republic of Moldova); the cooperation within the Eastern Partnership program; the support through the European Neighborhood Partnership Instrument (ENPI) of the transborder cooperation, regional development; the dialog within the South-Eastern European Cooperation Process (SEECP); the cooperation within the Tempus program, which is implemented in the context of the Eastern Partnership. The conclusion of the article is that Republic of Moldova improved his indexes, a fact which can help it in order to become a member of the European Union.
