Rezumat

The topic discussed in this article is devoted to solving the conflict of qualifications for the legal person. In this way, preliminary issues of applying the rules of conflict are analyzed, concerning the legal person, on determining the quality of legal entity, and determine the legal person’s nationality in different law systems, including the confliction law of R. of Moldova.
