Rezumat

Classification is widely used in literature as one of the most important means of regulation and systematization of studied objects, providing the opportunity of orientation in their diversity. The establishment of extradition types (the extradition classification) consists in the distribution of all the methods, provided by the international and national legal norms, by category, based on a unique key sign (unique basis) in order to determine the proportion between them (the similarities and differences), as well as the knowledge of legalities that exists between them. The nature of many aspects of the institution of extradition predispose to the existence of a variety of qualification criteria.
