Rezumat

Protection of personal data is a new phenomenon for legislative space of Republic of Moldova, so at the moment this field is presented like unexplored one by scientists. So, by the content presented, this article aims to fill this gap by establishing content of data protection law, identify the regulatory objective of data protection law in objective and subjective sense, identify the scope of data protection law and subjects whom they refer indicating their rights and obligations.
