Rezumat

The revising of a judicial act is a part of the process of justice. That is why civil procedural law has special regulation for this stage. The rules on examinations a revising request presents interest both from theoretical point of view and from practical aspect. There where always different points of view on the limits of the procedure of revising a judicial act. Also many courts often applies in different ways some aspects of the procedure of the revising a judicial act. For this reason the procedure of revising a judicial act has limits that allow putting into action a request of revising a judicial act. The present study is dedicated to the procedure in front of a revising court.
