Rezumat

This article is focused on examining the characteristics of the subject of the offenses on human trafficking in the comparative law. Among others, it is concluded that the victim's parent or other person who is liable for the actions of the victim, may be (but not necessarily) a special subject of the offence on minor trafficking (child trafficking). Likewise, is shown that it is not appropriate to implement in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and Romania patterns from Cambodian law, Mauritius, Ghana and Cyprus. The last ones are models assuming the assimilation of the offender’s acts regarding the offenses on human trafficking with the acts of the secondary participants regarding the offence in question, as well as with the acts of the persons that are only involved in the offenses on human trafficking.
