Abstract

The principle of confidentiality of the will comes to achieve the proper disposition of the testator wish with respect to his property for cause of death, which is specific only for testamentary succession. Through its legal essence, aims to impose some obligations to the persons who under the law, participated in the preparation, modification or revocation of the will, to keep this secret until the opening of testamentary succession.
