IDENTIFICATION OF THE PERSON THROUGH SPECIAL MEASURES AND METHODS OF INVESTIGATION

In order to identify the person who committed an offense can be applied to the following special investigative methods: interviewing informative; Collection of encrypted information; Follow-up (surveillance) basis; operational research; agentical method; recognition (identification) operative; operative combination method; shape (experimentation) basis; electronic information; odorology method. The results and methods of identifying the person by special measures, irrespective of whether the documentation can be used only for searching evidence and relevant to determining ways and directions of investigation, and not as evidence in criminal proceedings. Thus, under special orders the results of the measures: the presentation to recognition, if the victim or witness did not participate in this action; expertise in (fingerprint, documents, biological, etc.); search, body examination; hearing or other criminal actions.
