CONCERNING PLURALITY OF PERPETRATORS AND CRIMINAL PARTICIPATION: SUBJECTIVE AND OBJECTIVE ASPECTS

Abstract

This scientific article is dedicated to some questions of penal matter concerning the criminal participation and plurality of perpetrators. The author has analyzed the modern penal doctrine regarding criminal participation, has examined the modern Precedent Law in this domain and has formulated some conclusions that can be implemented in the doctrine of the Substantive Criminal Law. Especially, a great attention is given to the objective and subjective aspects of criminal participation; the correlation between plurality of perpetrators and criminal participation is carried out. As a result, the author concluded that the category of plurality of perpetrators is larger than that of criminal participation.
