Abstract

In the realm of this article there have been researched several fundamental aspects concerning criminal liability for labour security violations in accordance with the art.183 Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova. By means of analysis and synthesis of modern scientific conclusions, by examination of extra-penal legislation, there have been elucidated the newest formulations that can be treated as basic principles in the cases of Labour Law infringement. At the same time, in order to fortify the scientific position, the author has performed a profound analysis of modern doctrine and national Case law. As a result, there have been formulated new conclusions which are seemed to be relevant for the further implementation in the penal doctrine as well as proposals of lege ferenda.
