SOME CONSIDERATIONS CONCERNING THE RELIGIOUS PHENOMENON IN THE MODERN CRIMINOLOGICAL SCIENCE OF ROMANIA

In the realm of this scientific article there is studied the religious phenomenon in the modern criminology of Romania. In order to obtain the newest and complete criminological results the author has effectuated a multidisciplinary research of the religious phenomena being afforded necessary attention to some terms from theology and psychiatry. During the research there have been analyzed a great number of scientific sources of the Romanian authors from the last decade in the matter of the religious criminality. The obtained scientific results can be applied in the future in the criminological science of the Republic of Moldova.
