Abstract

This work is about state-owned entities. It analyses the impact of their conduct on the responsibility of states. We
analyse a theory of the international law called “state attribution” under ILC Articles on State Responsibility. We also
approach the doctrine of lifting the corporate veil, a doctrine largely extended municipally, but not much transited
internationally.
