Abstract
This article aims to provide an analysis of the several political practices related to the changes of the Constitutions as a part of the political and institutional conflicts between the political authorities. Thus, the main objective is to analyze the post-soviet and post-communist constitutional practices regarding the change of their constitutions as a part of the political conflicts. The second objective is to present and analyse the experience of Moldova concerning the changes of the Constitution as a result of the political conflict and its consequences on the institutional stability of the country.
