Аннотация

The article approaches the concept and evolution of the European protection of human rights starting from the
three essential points: the nature and content of the protected rights, the normative framework and the institutional
framework in the field. New concepts regarding the impact of technologies on human rights are presented in the
context of regional dialogue between scholars and representatives of regional institutions. The scientific material
contains a legal analysis of the principles of organization and operation of the European human rights protection
mechanisms instituted in the post-war period. The findings made on the side of the analyzed legal phenomena will
ultimately allow the understanding of the newest trends in the process of European cooperation of states in order to
fully realize the fundamental human rights and freedoms.
