CONDITIONS FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE RIGHT TO INITIATE THE CIVIL CASE ON THE ESTABLISHMENT, RENEWAL AND REVOCATION OF JUDICIAL PROTECTION MEASURES

Abstract
Access to justice is a fundamental right of people, but this right is not an absolute one and can be limited by
establishing certain admissibility conditions. Therefore, the realization of the right to try the civil process is determined by the meeting of certain premises and the conditions of stability of the law. In this scientific article, we do not
propose to address the issues of the conditions for realizing the right to try the cause of establishment, renewal and
revocation of judicial protection measures.
