THE OBJECT OF THE CRIME PROVIDED FOR IN ART. 168 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE

In this study are established the signs of the object of the crime of forced labor, which is provided for in art. 168
of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova. After determining the general legal object and the generic legal
object, the subgroup legal object of the forced labor crime is established. The latter category has theoretical connotations, facilitating the highlighting of the special legal object of the crime provided for in art. 168 of the Criminal Code
of the Republic of Moldova. Next, the social values that form the main legal object and the secondary legal object of
the crime analyzed are determined. The investigation ends with the disclosure of the content of the immaterial object
and the characteristics of the victim of the crime provided for in art. 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of
Moldova.
