CURRENT RESEARCH TRENDS, UNADDRESSED PROBLEMS IN THE FIELD OF PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

Educational technologies have an ever-increasing impact on the way education is conducted. Research focuses on
the implementation of online platforms, the use of educational applications, technology-based learning and curriculum
adaptation to integrate these tools. At the same time, the continuous training of teachers to use technologies in an efficient way is discussed. Another important area of research is the analysis of educational leadership styles and their impact
on school performance. Studies focus on the training and development of school principals, but also on supporting teachers to improve pedagogical practice and respond to the varied needs of students. Rapid changes in society, technology
and the labor market impose the need for constant adaptation of the educational system. Research in this area looks at
how schools can effectively implement curricular, organizational and pedagogical changes to meet current demands.
